The ideal companion for you
Your needs are unique, just like you. Whether you’re a young adult or a person of retirement age, we take the time to listen to what you want and need from your journey, then match you with the ideal companion to accompany you to your destination. Once you’re happy we draw up a plan for everyone to agree.
Here’s how it works...
1. Let’s chat
Before we match you with a suitable companion we need to have a quick chat first. On the phone or via Zoom, a member of our team will find out what you need and want, and fill you in on how our service works.
This is where you let us know when you’re travelling, where you’re going, how you’re getting there, and so on. You can tell us, too, about anything that worries you, any special requirements, and the sorts of things that interest you so we can match you with the right person.
2. Meet your travel companion
Once we’ve got to know you better, we’ll suggest a suitable companion. This will be based on what we’ve come to learn about you, so it’s likely that you’ll have something in common.
If you like the sound of our suggested companion, we’ll introduce you in person or on Zoom. A member of our team will also be there to make sure the meeting runs smoothly.
This is just an informal chat to make sure you get along. We’ll also discuss the details of your journey and see if you’d be happy to embark on it together.
3. Make a plan
Now you’ve met your travel companion, it’s time to include them in your plans.
We don’t get involved with any tickets or travel insurance - it’s up to you to book an extra seat and make any adjustments to your policy as required.
Once your companion has been booked to ride or fly with you, we’ll draw up an itinerary for both of you to agree. In this way, we make sure everyone’s on the same page, and knows where and when to meet, what to expect, etc.
4. Exchange contracts
The agreed itinerary is a legal contract to protect everyone concerned. Make sure you read all the T&Cs and are happy with the details before you sign.
Outbound and return journeys are treated as separate itineraries. And, if you plan to stay a while in your destination, you may not have the same companion for the trip home.

5. You’re on the move!
Now the formalities are out of the way, it’s time to sit back and relax. Your companion will meet you at the agreed location and support you every step of the way.
Before you know it, you’ll have reached your destination entirely free of the stress and worry that can come from travelling solo. All you have to do is enjoy the company and let your journey begin!
